Privacy Policy

KLEAR does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The App does not use its own analytics service.

The App stores gameplay information such as:

• Level progress, stars, and best results
• Daily Challenge results and streaks
• Gameplay statistics, such as moves, hints, and undos used
• Your remaining hints
• Sound, vibration, and other settings

This information is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us.

Where advertising is enabled, the third-party advertising service integrated into the App may automatically collect technical information, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Device or advertising identifiers, where permitted
• General diagnostic and performance information
• Advertising interaction data
• Approximate location derived from technical information such as an IP address

The information collected depends on the services used, your device settings, permissions, and applicable privacy laws.

KLEAR may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements that give you an in-game reward.

We use Google AdMob to provide and measure advertisements.

Advertising providers may process information about your device and interactions with advertisements for purposes such as delivering ads, measuring performance, preventing fraud, and, where permitted and consented to, providing personalized advertising.

Where required, KLEAR will request your consent before using information for personalized advertising or tracking.

You may decline tracking or personalized advertising where these choices are available. Declining does not prevent you from using the App, although the advertisements you see may be less personalized.

On Apple devices, KLEAR may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.

If you decline this permission, KLEAR will respect your choice. You can change tracking permissions later through your device’s privacy settings.

KLEAR can send you a daily reminder when a new Daily Challenge is ready. The App asks for your permission before sending any notifications.

Reminders are scheduled on your device. We do not operate a notification server, and no information is sent to us to deliver them.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device’s settings.

KLEAR does not currently offer in-app purchases.

If purchases are introduced in a future version, payments will be processed by the platform from which you downloaded the App, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and Ketch Labs Inc. will not receive your full payment card information. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any purchases are offered.

Information processed through KLEAR may be used to:

• Provide and operate the game
• Save your progress on your device
• Send Daily Challenge reminders, if you allow them
• Display and measure advertisements
• Provide rewarded advertisements
• Improve game performance and reliability
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information for money.

KLEAR may use third-party services to operate certain features of the App. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Depending on the version and features of KLEAR, these providers may include:

• Google AdMob — advertising and rewarded ads
• Apple App Store — distribution
• Google Play — distribution

These companies operate independently and may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Gameplay information stored on your device remains there until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

Information processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their respective retention policies and legal obligations.

KLEAR is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children beyond information necessary to operate the App.

We do not knowingly request that children provide their name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information through the game.

Third-party advertising and platform services may apply additional protections or restrictions based on a user’s age, region, or device settings.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the matter.

You can remove everything KLEAR has stored by deleting the App from your device.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is processed.

You may also be able to control certain privacy settings directly through your device, including advertising, tracking, and notification permissions.

Requests concerning information held directly by a third-party provider may need to be submitted to that provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control.

However, no electronic storage, transmission, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some service providers used by KLEAR may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

When information is transferred internationally, it may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.

We may update this Privacy Policy as KLEAR changes or to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.
