Terms of Use

KLEAR is a casual number puzzle game in which players subtract number tiles from one another to clear a board, complete levels and daily challenges, and use optional hints.

Features, levels, rules, difficulty, rewards, and available content may change as the App is updated.

You may use KLEAR only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into these Terms in your country or region, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and provide any required permission.

Ketch Labs Inc. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use KLEAR for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of KLEAR or any of its content to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content, including its puzzles, except where permitted by law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or unauthorized software to manipulate gameplay
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Manipulate progress, stars, streaks, hints, rewards, or other game systems
• Use KLEAR for unlawful purposes

KLEAR may include in-game items such as hints, stars, or other rewards.

In-game items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred outside KLEAR
• Are licensed for use within the App and are not your personal property

We may adjust how in-game items are earned, used, or balanced when reasonably necessary to operate, balance, or improve the game.

KLEAR does not currently offer in-app purchases.

If purchases are introduced in a future version, they will be processed by the platform through which you obtained KLEAR, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and will be subject to that platform’s payment and refund terms. These Terms will be updated before any purchases are offered.

KLEAR may display advertisements.

Some advertisements may be optional rewarded ads. If you choose to watch an eligible rewarded advertisement, you may receive an in-game reward after the required advertisement conditions have been completed.

We do not guarantee that rewarded advertisements will always be available. Availability may depend on factors such as your region, device, internet connection, advertising provider, and available advertising inventory.

KLEAR stores your progress, stars, streaks, statistics, hints, and settings on your device.

Deleting KLEAR, clearing its data, changing devices, or losing access to your device may result in the loss of this information.

We may correct or reset progress, stars, or rewards when we reasonably determine that they resulted from cheating, exploitation, technical errors, or other violations of these Terms.

We may update KLEAR from time to time to introduce new features, levels, content, balance changes, bug fixes, security improvements, or other modifications.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for the operation or development of the App.

KLEAR and its original content, including its software, puzzles, graphics, user interface, designs, game mechanics as protected by applicable law, branding, logos, sounds, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Ketch Labs Inc.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

“KLEAR,” the KLEAR logo, and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without permission from Ketch Labs Inc.

KLEAR may rely on third-party services for features such as advertising and distribution.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.

Ketch Labs Inc. is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We aim to keep KLEAR available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

KLEAR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ketch Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use KLEAR.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict or terminate access to KLEAR if a user materially violates these Terms, abuses the App, manipulates gameplay systems, or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You may stop using KLEAR at any time by uninstalling the App.

Your use of KLEAR is also subject to the KLEAR Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and processed in connection with the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from benefiting from mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to KLEAR, our business practices, applicable laws, or third-party requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of KLEAR after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
